Ute studied Economics at the University of Osnabruck, Germany, graduating in 1996.

She gained valuable experience working as a professional for two of the big consultancy firms, the BDO AG in Frankfurt and PwC AG in Cologne.

In 2001 she passed the tax consultant exam for german tax law in Düsseldorf.

In 2002 she became self-employed offering tax and accounting services for SME‘s and private individuals in Germany, until moving to Switzerland with her family in 2006.

Once in Switzerland she joined a mid-sized, Zurich based tax and audit office where she quickly became the cross-border expert in many topics between Switzerland and Germany as well as numerous other countries.

In 2012 she decided to return to her work as a self-employed tax and financial advisor. After a successful start, she founded a new company with Catherine Flicker-Joliat in 2015, tadico GmbH, thereby creating a wider service offerings for her clients.
